As I mentioned in a previous post, we are attempting a reimport of the user stats into a new database table. This is a HUGE amount of data. We have been importing for days and it will be more days before the import is complete. We do not know if this will fix the problem or not, but we are hopeful. When it takes a week at a time to try different workarounds/debug steps, you can hopefully understand why it is taking us so long to correct this issue. When I have new information regarding this, I will post it. Until then please be patient and know that we are not ignoring this issue. _________________ ----------------- Robby Brewer Senior Support Engineer United Devices

Dear users,
We finally have some good news regarding team stats. Our new stats data import appears to be successful. Team stats are now up to date through July 23 (up from July 19). Please note that the stats update script only processes a single day at a time. This means we will need to run the script several times to get us caught up to present day. Each run takes a couple of hours so it will be a few days before we are totally caught up. (Yes, I know this process could be better).
When the stats update is being run, you cannot view any stats on the member web page. Since we will be running this back to back to try to get caught up, expect access to the stats page to be extremely limited for the next few days.
Thanks to everyone for hanging in there during our troubleshooting and recovery procedures. _________________ ----------------- Robby Brewer Senior Support Engineer United Devices
The process to copy and update member and device registration, profile, and statistics data from the main UD databases to the grid.org statistics database is currently in operation.
We have uploaded a new cancer job with the new Oxford data we have received. I will activate the job as soon as I post this message. Please note that we believe everything is configured correctly, but there may be an issue with some of the supporting data files. We will have to wait until a few of the results come in to verify this.
If there does appear to be a problem, I will deactivate the job and we will investigate the issue. This may result in a lost WU or two. Please bear with us during this initial phase. Once we have verified the job is configured correctly, we will be able to submit several jobs to process all of the data.
The jobs will be submitted similarly to the Rosetta jobs. We have data for several jobs, but we will only activate one job at a time. As soon as that one is complete we will activate a new one. Outstanding WUs will be credited for a week. After that, the first job will be deactivated. This will allow us to concentrate on one batch of data at a time.
If you encounter any issues, please post to Member News and we will investigate and fix accordingly. _________________ ----------------- Robby Brewer Senior Support Engineer United Devices

As some of you may have noticed, there is an issue with the new cancer job. I have temporarily disabled it until we can determine what the problem is. In the past, new jobs were tested on the beta system before being uploaded. Unfortunately, the beta system is apparently experiencing some problems and cannot be utilized right now for this job. I will do my best to make sure I can get the new cancer job to run locally for me bofore I reactivate it on the grid. I apologize for any inconvenience. _________________ ----------------- Robby Brewer Senior Support Engineer United Devices
