Project status The project has currently no work (see below). The similarity matrix of the SIMAP project is currently up to date. All workunits from the last (very short) calculation period are distributed, thanks to all users for chrunchig them. The calculation of new simap workunits containing the novel proteins from june 2007 (simap app) and their domains (hmmer app) will start around july 1st.
